Expanding Operations and Deepening Community Roots in Kentucky

Louisville, KY — Ryan Fireprotection is proud to announce the groundbreaking of its newest facility in Louisville, Kentucky, marking a major step forward in the company’s long-standing commitment to the region.

Ryan has served the Louisville area for years from its current office at 450 Downes Terrace, providing full-service design-build fire protection systems, along with a dedicated service division for inspections, testing, and maintenance. The new facility will allow Ryan Fireprotection to better support its growing team and strengthen service capabilities across the state.

The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 11:00AM at the future home of Ryan Fireprotection. The site is located at 12674 Otto Knop Dr, Louisville, KY 40299.

This will be a small, meaningful event attended by Ryan Fireprotection’s executive leadership team, including CEO Dan Ryan and President Kevin Ryan, alongside local Kentucky leaders and employees. The event will serve as a photo opportunity and a celebration of the team’s continued investment in the region.
