Community Involvement

DREAM Alive
DREAM Alive seeks to end the cycle of poverty by exposing our scholars to different career paths on what we call, Career Field Trips. We desire to showcase companies in our city to our scholars as a way of starting the conversation. Starting these conversations in 7th and 8th grade allows our scholars to start dreaming about what their futures could look like early in their lives.
Cathedral Soup Kitchen Volunteering
Join your Ryan Fireprotection peers for a morning of service in the community of our newest location, Downtown Indianapolis. We are committed to volunteering once a month at the Cathedral Soup Kitchen and we need your help to reach that goal.Click here to sign up.

Homes of Hope
Ryan Fireprotection is volunteering with Homes of Hope. Our goal is to send a crew annually to build a home for a family in need and we would love to have representation from all areas and levels of our company – office, field, Indiana, Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Ohio. Our 2022 (pictured) crew returned from a successful trip in March of 2022.
Children’s TherAplay Day!
Hearts on Fire was at Children’s TherAplay in Carmel yesterday for an afternoon of service. We prepared a temporary therapy room by adding a window, shelving, baseboards, and paint. We helped with signage in the horse arena and disassembled the sensory room to prepare for an upcoming renovation.

Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank
The Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank serves 32 different food pantries in the Greater Indianapolis area. Ryan Fireprotection believes strongly in giving back and helping others in need, and we are proud to support this organization with donations and volunteers, and by sponsoring their annual Harvest Haul 5K.
